With the new Jet K, Sata presents a spray gun that is specifically designed to meet the requirements of modern trade and industrial painting. The focus here is primarily on the highest quality for large surfaces.

Whether painting in the commercial vehicle sector, corrosion protection, glass coating or wood coating systems - the new Jet K tank gun from Sata masters a wide range of requirements and materials. It is the nozzle technology in particular that makes the difference: the Jet K has the labyrinth air flow system that has already made the Jet X a successful model in vehicle painting. It ensures virtually turbulence-free air flow within the nozzle and enables particularly homogeneous atomization. The result is uniform surfaces with reduced cloud formation and fewer flow disturbances during paint application. In addition to standard nozzles for low to medium-viscosity materials, the new MaxLayer nozzles for high-viscosity functional coatings have been specially developed for the Jet K. These allow higher layer thicknesses with a reduced number of spray passes. With an increased jet height compared to the SataJet 3000 K, the Jet K achieves a high area coverage and enables rapid work. The optimized material distribution over the entire spray jet helps users to achieve uniform results regardless of the medium used. The Jet K comes with a weight of only approx. 460 g and literally makes larger tasks easier.

Sata Jet K available in two versions

In addition to the standard trigger guard, every Jet K comes with a second one: The trigger guard set size M-L is designed for users with larger hands who need a little more space between the guard and the material tube. The Jet K is available in two versions: as a standard version with integrated air micrometer and swivel joint for precise pressure adjustment directly on the gun. And as Jet K Basic without air micrometer and without swivel joint for users who want to set the pressure centrally at the paint pressure pot or pump. As part of a comprehensive system, the Jet K can be combined with various accessory solutions. These include extensions and special nozzles as well as different hose pairs. The Jet K can be used with either a material pressure tank or a double diaphragm pump. Jet K will be presented for the first time at Paint Expo 2026 in Karlsruhe at Sata's stand 1311 in hall 1.
