Rieger Metallveredlung will be exhibiting at SurfaceTechnology Germany 2026 together with partners as part of a joint stand. The focus will be on the Rixal brand, which stands for the company's aluminum expertise.

Rieger Metallveredlung bundles its aluminium finishing activities under the Rixal brand, positioning itself as a specialized partner for industrial applications with high requirements. With over 70 years of experience in surface technology, the company covers a wide range of galvanic and anodic processes. In addition to classic processes such as tin plating, nickel plating and anodizing, the portfolio also includes chrome plating, silver plating, copper plating as well as chemical nickel systems and specific coatings for aluminium. In addition, mechanical pre- and post-treatments such as grinding, blasting and cleaning are used so that complete process chains can be realized from a single source.

Two Rieger Metallveredlung locations

The main site in Steinheim am Albuch acts as a technology center with a wide range of equipment that covers both automated series processes and flexible manual electroplating. One focus is on the further development of anodizing and electroplating processes for aluminium, which are being specifically expanded under the Rixal brand. With the second site in Mühlhausen, the company is expanding its capacities and strengthening its ability to deliver and safeguard critical processes. The close integration of the two sites will create an integrated production system that combines flexibility and industrial scalability. This is also the background to the company's presence at the trade fair: At SurfaceTechnology Germany 2026, the focus will be on aluminum expertise, supplemented by insights into application-oriented coating solutions and development approaches for complex components.
