New powerful and durable magnetic core drilling machine from Fein

Easy to operate, powerful and extremely robust for the toughest applications both in the workshop and on the construction site: This is what customers of the manufacturer Fein expect from a core drilling machine. Based on these customer requirements, Fein has decided to develop a completely new magnetic core drill especially for this target group, which is unique in terms of quality, service life and price-performance ratio. The result is the KBE 32 and KBE 32 QW 1-speed magnetic core drilling machines. Both models are equipped with a ¾in Weldon core drill holder and differ only in that the KBE 32 QW allows a tool-free core drill change. Weighing just 10.8 kilograms overall, the KBE 32 is also ideal for jobsite applications and overhead work.

Product Manager Christian Kreb explains, "We are on site with customers all over the world and therefore know exactly what their specific requirements are for our machines." This shows that many of the users use their core drilling machines day after day for several hours - a constantly high power output is therefore immensely important. Many of the customers have to cover a wide range of applications with the machines and are therefore prepared to invest in a core drilling machine that can be used in a variety of ways. "At the same time, there are also users, for example in metal and steel construction, who almost exclusively perform core drilling with core drilling machines. They therefore have lower requirements for universal applications - a powerful core drilling machine with clockwise rotation and a low stroke range is sufficient for them," says Christian Kreb. The KBE 32 will be available from specialist dealers from June 2022.
