New owners at ElektroPhysik Dr. Steingroever
The sole shareholder of ElektroPhysik Dr. Steingroever, Klaus E. Steingroever, son of the company founder Dr. Erich Steingroever, successfully managed the company for more than 50 years. On the occasion of his 80th birthday, he decided to pass the company on to new shareholders and managing directors outside the Steingroever family.
The previous family business ElektroPhysik and its management falls into familiar hands: Beatrix Badura-Yilmaz and Winfried Roggendorf, as long-time employees, take over the company as managing partner and shareholder. Beatrix Badura-Yilmaz, a qualified translator, has been with the company since 1996 and knows ElektroPhysik and the company philosophy from the ground up. Starting in the sales department and later exporting for many years, she finally took over the commercial management. Her business partner Dipl.-Ing. Winfried Roggendorf has also been working in leading positions in the field of material testing and coating thickness measurement for many years and has been managing director of ElektroPhysik since 2013. The two new shareholders have the common goal of successfully leading the owner-managed company into the future. On the foundation of the already established and renowned measuring instruments in the market paired with innovations in the field of coating thickness measurement, they would like to continue the company's history in a future-oriented manner in the spirit of the previous owner.
