New compact blasting system without compressed air from BMF

Blasting without compressed air
The work area offers space for up to 8 workpiece carriers, which can be easily loaded. Unique kinematics ensure uniform, all-round processing of all parts, as they are always surrounded by a cloud of blast media. This allows a wide variety of parts to be processed in one process. The Twister 750 works without compressed air, significantly reducing energy consumption and simplifying operation. The result: optimized processes, maximum surface quality and sustainable cost savings. BMF will be presenting its innovation at SurfaceTechnology Germany 2026 in Hall 1, Stand B61.
