BMF presents innovative surface blasting technology
BMF GmbH is presenting Twister, an innovative blasting technology, at SurfaceTechnology GERMANY 2024. It generates a uniform cloud of blast media that processes all surfaces simultaneously.
With the Twister, BMF GmbH has developed an innovative surface blasting technology that guarantees precise and reproducible surface treatment. In contrast to conventional blasting technology, this process generates a uniform cloud of blasting media that treats all surfaces simultaneously. The compressed air-free and automated process saves energy and personnel resources by up to 90%.
The integration of this technology into automated production processes enables 100% quality testing of blasted surfaces for the first time. In cooperation with universities and measuring system manufacturers, a method for the uniform evaluation of complex surface structures has been developed. The result is a closed, controlled and self-optimizing process that minimizes or eliminates quality fluctuations. BMF will be exhibiting at SurfaceTechnology GERMANY 2024 in Hall 1, Stand B51.
