There was a change of personnel at LPW Reinigungssysteme GmbH at the turn of the year. Service Manager Marcus Hoch left the company to take up a position as Managing Director. Björn Lepple has now taken his place.

Before joining the Riederich-based cleaning specialists LPW, 30-year-old industrial foreman Björn Lepple was responsible for the commissioning of machining centers at Heller in Nürtingen for five years. Since then, his responsibilities at LPW have included the coordination of internal and external sales activities, the preparation of spare parts and conversion quotations and the processing of complaints and warranty claims. In addition, Björn Lepple was largely responsible for the cross-departmental technical and organizational coordination of service activities. Ideal prerequisites for the new position of Service Manager. Since January, he has been the central point of contact for the entire LPW after-sales area for customers and business partners in Germany and abroad.

LPW CEO Gerhard Koblenzer: "We would like to thank Mr. Hoch for the years we have spent together and wish him all the best for his new tasks. In Mr. Lepple, we have an ideal successor who has been coordinating all service activities in the office and in the field alongside Marcus Hoch since 2021 and is a highly valued partner both within the company and with our customers."
