Lohngalvanik Jentner expands management with second managing director

C. Jentner GmbH, Pforzheim, has expanded its management team: since 1 January 2025, Tobias Kleiber has represented the company, which specializes in contract electroplating and is part of the JentnerGroup, which has over 50 employees. The 39-year-old trained surface coater and electroplating technician takes on the newly created second managing director position alongside Chris Jentner. While Tobias Kleiber will be responsible for technical areas of responsibility - benefiting from his extensive knowledge and many years of international professional experience - managing partner Chris Jentner intends to focus even more strongly on strategic matters in future. This includes in particular the further expansion of the market position in the high-tech segments. The foundation for this has already been laid with a new state-of-the-art production building and the end-to-end digitalization of all operational processes, including smart precision manufacturing with the highest quality standards. In addition, auditing in accordance with DIN EN 9100 is scheduled for the second half of the year in order to qualify as one of the few electroplating providers for the aerospace and defense industries. In line with the growth targets: Tobias Kleiber has extensive industry knowledge and contacts in these segments from his previous positions.

New Jentner Managing Director with many years of experience in electroplating

Tobias Kleiber has a profound education. This is based on a classic apprenticeship as a surface coater, followed by initial practical positions and a subsequent further qualification as a state-certified technician specializing in electroplating technology. His career includes positions of increasing responsibility, initially as shift manager and assistant to the technical manager as well as technical manager with a focus on waste and the environment. Kleiber gained many years of international experience as an electroplating technician with customers in China, India, Jordan and Taiwan, among others. Initially as assistant to the production manager in the strip electroplating industry, he rose through the ranks to become production manager and process manager, with responsibility for the entire strip electroplating process. After gaining further experience as a plant manager, he most recently moved to a company with a focus on aerospace and defense, where he also worked worldwide as a sales manager. In addition to the automotive and electronics industries, his extensive industry experience includes aerospace and defense.

Jentner wants to achieve growth targets
