Marcus Pott will start as Sales Manager Germany at Leutenegger + Frei, a leading supplier of sophisticated complete systems for wet paint and powder coating, on May 1, 2026. He has many years of experience in the coating industry and brings extensive expertise in powder application and surface technology as well as plant engineering. With his extensive sales and practical experience, Pott will drive forward the expansion of the German market, support international sales activities and use his know-how to assist Leutenegger + Frei customers with the introduction of wet paint and powder coating processes.

Christian Dreszig strengthens strategic business development

Christian Dreszig joins Leutenegger + Frei as Head Business Development. He brings with him extensive experience in the fields of chemistry, plant engineering, sustainability consulting and international sales and marketing. With his strategic understanding and international perspective, he will actively drive forward the company's business development and positioning and provide important impetus for the further internationalization of the company.
