Late shift regulars' table for coaters as a live event for the first time

The online regulars' table "Late shift for coaters" will take place as a live event for the first time. On November 12, 2025, it will be broadcast directly on site from the QIB's Industrial Coating Practice Forum in Wetzlar.
The late shift is the digital meeting place for everyone involved in painting, powder coating or surface technology - from plant operators and quality managers to technicians and managing directors. The live event is organized by Praxisforum Industriebeschichtung by Markus Vüllers and Matthias Bader in cooperation with QIB e.V. (Qualitätsgemeinschaft Industriebeschichtung). For almost a year now, the late shift has established itself as a fixed date in the calendar of many coaters. The concept is a practical exchange between colleagues, open discussions and specialist knowledge directly from the company. Each edition starts with a keynote speech by an industry professional, followed by a joint discussion of current issues, experiences and challenges.

The 11th edition will be recorded live on site - the moderators will capture the special atmosphere of the practical forum and bring it directly to the participants' screens. This creates a lively mix of specialist knowledge, exchange of experience and real coating practice. "Our aim is to bring together the people who work on the line every day and make quality visible," says Matthias Bader. Markus Vüllers adds: "The live premiere shows how much our community has grown - we connect people who really make a difference." The event will take place on Wednesday, 12.11.2025, from 18:00, registration is possible online via Teams.
