IGP Germany is setting the course for the future of its sales department: Thomas Eichhorn will take over the role of Sales Manager Germany on January 1, 2026. He will join the company on September 1, 2025 to ensure a seamless handover with his predecessor Ralf Happe.

After more than 30 years at IGP Germany, Ralf Happe will retire on December 31, 2025. He will be succeeded by Thomas Eichhorn. He is a graduate engineer specializing in civil engineering and electrical engineering and has more than two decades of experience in the industry. Since 2000, he has worked in various companies as a sales engineer, sales manager and product manager. He has broad international expertise in sales and product management and is known for his strategic thinking, technical understanding and strong customer focus.

"With Thomas Eichhorn, we are gaining an experienced sales expert who will provide important impetus for the further development of our market position with his specialist knowledge, strong communication skills and commitment," explains Tommy Kuster, Chief Sales Officer Regular at IGP. Eichhorn is 56 years old, married, father of two children and lives in Gladbeck.
