At the SurfaceTechnology Germany 2026 trade fair in Stuttgart, the Helmut Fischer Group will be presenting a wide range of measuring solutions as a leading supplier in the field of surface inspection: From portable handheld devices to compact tabletop devices and automation solutions.

The DMP series will be on display at the Helmut Fischer stand amidst a wide range of tactile measuring devices for contact coating thickness measurement and material testing. The Dualscope, Deltascope and Isoscope models offer maximum flexibility and deliver precise results even with the thinnest coatings and hard-to-reach measuring points. Detailed reports can be created using the Fisiq T software. An excerpt from the broad portfolio of measuring probes will also be on display. Over 100 standard probes as well as numerous special and digital probes enable precise measurements on complex geometries and thus reliably cover even the most demanding applications. For the automatic monitoring of metal concentrations in electroplating baths, Fischer will be presenting the Fischerscope XAN Liquid Analyzer inline system. Based on the X-ray fluorescence method, it continuously monitors up to four baths and delivers precise measurement results around the clock. At the heart of the system is a patented flow measuring cell that does not need to be replaced, thus significantly reducing maintenance costs. Fully automatic rinsing, monitoring and calibration processes ensure high availability and enable reliable, economical process control.

In addition to the Fischerscope XAN Liquid Analyzer, Fischer will be presenting compact XRF measuring devices at its stand, which enable high-precision and non-destructive coating thickness measurements and material analyses on a wide variety of base materials. Fischer thus offers solutions for a wide range of applications for various industries. Interested parties will have the opportunity to test all devices, probes and software in detail at the Fischer stand. Trade fair experts will be on hand to provide advice and comprehensive information about the various measurement solutions, application areas and innovative technologies of Fischer products. Interested visitors can find Fischer at SurfaceTechnology Germany 2026 in Hall 1, Stand D09.
