Fischer: XRF analysis to determine the metal concentration in electroplating baths

The efficient Fischerscope XAN Liquid Analyzer inline system is used to automatically monitor the metal concentration in electroplating baths. Helmut Fischer will also be presenting its solutions for electroplating at the ZVO Surface Days 2025.
Based on the X-ray fluorescence method (XRF), the Fischerscope XAN Liquid Analyzer continuously monitors up to four baths, ensuring precise measurement results around the clock. Another impressive solution is the Fischerscope X-RAY XDL, which measures from top to bottom. This makes it particularly suitable for checking galvanized mass-produced parts and for bath analysis. Equipped with a standard X-ray tube and a proportional counter tube. The detector enables short measuring times with high precision. Thanks to the infinitely adjustable measuring distance, even larger or uneven samples can be measured reliably. The robust design and simple commissioning make the Fischerscope X-RAY XDL a durable and versatile solution for industrial use.
