Härtha is starting the spring with a new campaign concept. The campaign is based on a new brand vision: the focus is on innovation, employee know-how, quality and sustainability.

Härtha has undergone a comprehensive transformation process in recent years and has been able to significantly increase its future viability and competitiveness. The new brand identity is now intended to communicate this visibly to the outside world. In this way, the company intends to further expand its business, which has been on a growth course for years. Components finished by Härtha are used in highly demanding areas. Innovative hardening and coating processes are designed to significantly increase reliability and durability. In addition to this technical expertise, however, the human factor also plays an essential role. After all, it is Härtha's employees who, through their expertise and personality, are able to put together an overall offer. The new campaign motifs and the claim "We improve what decides." are designed to communicate this. In addition to a completely new website, online campaigns and employer branding measures are also planned. The history of the Härtha Group began in 1990 as a family business in Aldenhoven. In the years that followed, further locations followed at home and abroad, and the market position was thus further strengthened. Today, Härtha has ten locations in Germany, Italy and the Netherlands. With its team of around 400 employees, the company is ideally positioned to provide optimum service to its customers in the automotive, renewable energy, aerospace, mechanical and plant engineering, and toolmaking sectors. As a service provider for heat treatment and coatings, Härtha ensures that components in critical situations and applications function smoothly and reliably. The right hardening process gives materials new technological properties, ensuring optimum serviceability.
