Grimm showcases low-temperature powder coatings at PaintExpo 2024
At PaintExpo 2024, Grimm Pulverlack will be presenting new powder coating series from the low-temperature range (energy-saving, environmentally friendly and cost-reducing) at the well-known "Almhütte" this year, which can be used reliably from as low as 140°C.
Visitors to the Grimm Pulverlack stand at PaintExpo 2024 will also be able to find out about completely newly developed powder coatings with renewable raw materials and recycled polyester resins. With these powder coatings, Grimm Pulverlack, together with ST Powder Coatings, wants to look to the future and show that there are already more sustainable and environmentally friendly alternatives to the raw materials currently used. At this year's PaintExpo, we are definitely prepared to answer the question "what's new in powder coatings", according to Grimm Pulverlack, in terms of the variety of innovations.
In addition, the new ESD Revolution powder coating series can be found on stand 3430 in hall 3 - these are dissipative powder coatings that guarantee the required dissipative capacity even with high coating thicknesses (up to over 200 µm). As the first ESD (electrostatic discharge) powder coating series that can even be overcoated with itself, the ESD Revolution series offers an absolutely unique selling point on the powder coating market, with extremely high process reliability. If this is not enough news for you, you can also find out more about the new Microfree V series. A powder coating series that focuses on people's health. With the Microfree V series, Grimm Pulverlack and ST Powder Coatings have not only succeeded in developing a powder coating surface against germs, bacteria and viruses, but also the world's first powder coating series to be tested, inspected and approved against SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19.
