Formnext 2025 has started - Additive manufacturing
Formnext 2025 in Frankfurt am Main opened its doors with a strong start. Until November 21, 803 exhibitors are presenting the international top class of additive manufacturing (AM) on around 50,000 m² of gross exhibition space.
The first day of Formnext 2025 impressed with great visitor interest, exciting world premieres and a program that showcases the diversity of additive manufacturing along the entire process chain. This will enable it to consolidate its position as the world's most important trade fair for AM and modern industrial production. Additive manufacturing has long since arrived in everyday industrial life. This year, Formnext and its exhibitors will use a large number of real-life applications to show even more clearly the concrete added value that additive manufacturing offers in numerous industrial sectors and the business opportunities it opens up. "Thanks to the countless innovations that can be discovered at Formnext, the trade fair offers every industrial company the chance to explore the diverse possibilities of AM and literally benefit from them," says Sascha F. Elite of the AM industry at Formnext
At Formnext 2025, the international elite of the AM industry, together with innovative start-ups and numerous renowned industrial companies, will present a large number of world premieres along the entire additive manufacturing process chain - from design, production and materials to post-processing and quality assurance. Visitors will be able to experience the latest developments at first hand and gain important knowledge on how to use this pioneering technology to develop and launch new products, improve existing ones or optimize their own production. For its 10th anniversary, Formnext, the world's largest trade fair for additive manufacturing and the next generation of manufacturing, has once again expanded its event program. In addition to the successfully established formats such as the stage program, numerous special shows, the Formnext Awards, the partner country and specialized seminars and events, this year there will be focused tours of the trade fair, AM live shows and much more. The lecture program on three stages offers visitors a wide range of opportunities for both professional exchange and new impulses. Formnext will also be digitally supplemented this year. Those who do not have the opportunity to travel to Frankfurt can follow parts of the stage program in the livestream via LinkedIn and YouTube and watch it on the website after the trade fair.
