EnviroChemie acquires assets of Cealin Chemical Factory

Cealin Chemische Fabrik GmbH has so far produced a liquid and ready-to-use biocide solution ex works. The stabilized and highly concentrated biocide is characterized by its enormous disinfection effect and is one of the most effective biocides on the market. "We are pleased to expand our portfolio in the field of highly effective water chemicals for the treatment of process and cooling water with the products of Cealin Chemische Fabrik GmbH," explains Dr. Jörg Krause, Managing Director of EnviroChemie. In future, the products will be manufactured by EnviroChemie and marketed by experienced water chemistry specialists.

EnviroChemie, based in Roßdorf near Darmstadt, Germany, focuses on the development of customized water chemicals for process water and cooling water. Based on its many years of technological and industry experience, it has been developing customer-specific formulations for water treatment in its own laboratories and pilot plant for more than four decades. The company manufactures the formulations itself, which are tailored to specific customer requirements. The highly effective water chemicals are used worldwide in a wide variety of water treatment applications.
