Ecoclean App Further Developed: Updated Version Now Available
With a revised version of the Ecoclean app for iOS and Android, the equipment manufacturer is expanding the capabilities of its digital service platform. The app enables structured, cross-site communication between plant operators and Ecoclean Service.
With the Ecoclean app, the manufacturer of industrial parts cleaning systems introduced a tool some time ago that facilitates simple and direct contact with the service team at the relevant location, thereby helping to resolve issues efficiently and quickly, answer technical questions, and obtain information. In addition, it simplifies the procurement of replacement parts and assists with training requests. A bidirectional, real-time connection via a chat function is available for this purpose, as well as video and image transmission. An updated version of the Ecoclean app is now available. In addition to a new design, the user interface has been optimized to enable simpler and more efficient use. Among other things, this means that cleaning systems registered once are visible to every user, and access to existing inquiries is possible. This eliminates time-consuming duplicate work and the loss of information.
Ecoclean App with New Chat Feature
A clear chat feature with intuitive selection fields is available for new messages and status updates on existing requests. Colleagues can be added via a convenient invitation feature. This creates a virtual network that enables internal communication almost like in real life. Ecoclean is actively alerted to ambiguous entries—such as a typo in a system serial number—and can automatically verify them and either correct or confirm them accordingly. When using the innovative APM-Go measurement solution for the reproducible and contactless measurement of ultrasonic power in continuous immersion and chamber systems, the app also performs essential functions. The measured values are transmitted to the app via Bluetooth, automatically evaluated by software, and measurement reports are generated and saved. The current version of the Ecoclean app will soon be supplemented with machine documentation. This new feature enables quick and convenient access to the respective system documentation from any device with internet access. The new version of the app for iOS and Android is available for free download in the app stores. It works on smartphones and tablets as well as on desktop web interfaces.
