Ecoclean EcoCvario - all-rounder for water-based precision cleaning
With the new EcoCvario spray-flood cleaning system, Ecoclean has developed a highly flexible solution for water-based precision cleaning. The modular concept makes it possible to combine different cleaning technologies and drying processes to suit individual requirements.
Increasing demands for technical cleanliness are increasing the pressure for precise and reproducible cleaning solutions in many industries. Ecoclean has developed the EcoCvario, a compact spray-flood system with a vacuum-proof working chamber for batches of up to 150 kilograms. Three flood tanks are part of the standard equipment. Thanks to its small footprint and flexible automation options, the system can be easily integrated into existing production chains and used for both bulk goods and high-quality precision parts.
Combination of different cleaning technologies
The EcoCvario combines various cleaning processes to reliably process even complex component geometries. Pulsated pressure cleaning removes contamination from deep holes, capillaries and delicate structures. An application-dependent switchable ultrasound supports the fine cleaning of different materials. High-pressure technology is available for stubborn residues, while gentle flooding processes protect sensitive components. An extended rinsing function reduces carry-over. Subsequent drying is energy-efficient thanks to combinable hot air and vacuum technologies, controlled by an integrated moisture measurement system. HEPA filters prevent recontamination. The system design is completely geared towards a high level of cleanliness. A polished stainless steel chamber and flow-optimized media lines minimize deposits. A frequency-controlled bogie positions the components precisely and improves accessibility for media and mechanics. Thanks to their design, the upright flood tanks extend bath service life and increase process stability. Frequency-controlled pumps shorten filling and emptying times and increase energy efficiency.
Efficient media preparation reduces operating costs
Efficient media treatment ensures low operating costs. Gravity separators remove light substances such as oils or particles. Each flood tank has a full-flow filtration system with flexible filter elements that can be changed via the HMI. As an option, a new Aquaclean system enables continuous bath maintenance and uses its waste heat to heat the first flood tank. The intuitively guided HMI facilitates the programming of up to fifty application-specific cleaning sequences. IO-Link provides the user with precise sensor and actuator data, which increases process reliability and simplifies maintenance work. The EcoCvario therefore offers a powerful and energy-efficient solution for demanding industrial cleaning tasks.
