Dräger opens online store for safety technology
The medical and safety technology manufacturer Dräger presents its new online store for safety technology. Customers will find a selection of products in the areas of respiratory protection, protective eyewear, alcohol and drug measurement, escape hoods and leak detection in the store, which will be expanded step by step.
"With our new online store, we are offering small businesses and private customers in particular a way to purchase our "technology for life" directly from us. This complements the existing range of products and services available through specialist retailers and other online channels," says Nicolai Gäding, Head of Multi-Channel Sales Development at Dräger. "Information about products and offers directly from the manufacturer is also playing an increasingly important role for our customers, regardless of the place of purchase. The new online store strengthens our offering on all channels." A large proportion of the products in the store can be purchased in small quantities. Orders and deliveries are currently possible within Germany. Customers also have the option of having consumables delivered monthly via a subscription function.
The digital product advisor "Respiratory Protection Finder" helps visitors to the store select a respiratory protection device. To do this, it uses simple questions to navigate customers to the respiratory protection solution that is suitable for them and their application. There is also the option of putting together their own respiratory protection set. Depending on the application, different filters or masks are required. Following the modular principle, mask type, material and size can be combined with the appropriate filter type and connection. Dräger is also integrating the FFP store, through which private customers were able to purchase professional protective masks during the Corona pandemic, into the new online store for safety technology.
