CiK Solutions celebrates its 20th anniversary - measurement technology and quality assurance
CiK Solutions GmbH is celebrating its 20th anniversary. Since its foundation in November 2006, the company has developed from a specialized provider of data loggers to an established partner for quality assurance, calibration, validation and monitoring.
After many years in a large corporation, Joachim Haag founded CiK Solutions in November 2006 with the aim of being able to act more flexibly, more practically and consistently in the interests of the customer. This idea still characterizes CiK Solutions today - and is already reflected in the name: "Customer is Key". What began in a basement room at Technologiefabrik Karlsruhe has developed over two decades into a broad-based company with growing technical expertise. As customer requirements grew, so did the range of services - right up to the company's own calibration laboratory and service team. Today, CiK Solutions can provide numerous services in-house that previously had to be outsourced: calibration, mapping, validation and maintenance.
20 years of CiK Solutions - two decades of quality assurance
One of CiK Solutions' particular strengths lies in supporting strictly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical technology, hospitals and aerospace. The company provides support for quality-critical applications where reliable measurement data, audit-relevant documentation and practical solutions are crucial. The fact that quality at CiK Solutions is not just a performance promise to the outside world is also evident within the company itself: Around a third of employees have been part of the team for well over ten years. According to the company, this continuity stands for grown expertise, reliability and long-term relationships - both with customers and within the company.
