CiK Solutions introduces modular industrial transducer
The Vaisala transmitter system is new to the CiK Solutions range. With its modular approach, it is becoming increasingly popular in industrial measurement systems. The modular design offers the right combination for every requirement and application.
The modular design of Vaisala's transmitter system offers the right combination for every requirement and application. This means high flexibility, smooth installation, maintenance and calibration thanks to plug-and-play design The probes can simply be mounted on the transmitter and the system is ready for use. They can be flexibly and easily exchanged so that different parameters can be measured. The quick replacement of probes also ensures minimal downtime, resulting in significant cost savings. For even more flexibility, one probe can be used to measure, for example, the inlet and outlet conditions of a process, or different parameters simultaneously - such as CO2, humidity, dew point, temperature or vaporized hydrogen peroxide.
The Vaisala Indigo product family sets new standards in industrial measurements. Interchangeable smart probes, transducers and Indigo Insight PC software form a strong data chain to ensure energy efficiency, safety and end product quality in processes. The latest development in the Indigo platform is the Indigo510 family. They are available with touchscreen display made of chemically reinforced (IK08) glass - ideal for local data visualization. Transmitters without a display are also available. The transmitters offer advanced options for probe connection, supply voltage and cabling. Their rugged metal housing with IP66 and NEMA4 protection ensures reliable performance even in the harshest conditions.
