Changes in the Management Board of the Kansai Helios Group
Current Executive Director Dietmar Jost will become the new President and Executive Director of the Kansai Helios Group effective April 1, 2023. He was elected President based on his deep and comprehensive understanding and leadership in the group-wide areas of sales, research and development to further strengthen the group's system supplier strategy.
Junichi Kajima, current President and Executive Director at Kansai Helios, has been invited by Japan to strengthen the management team there and will devote himself to new tasks and professional challenges as of April 1. In recent years, he has managed the entire Kansai Helios Group and strengthened the company's ties with Japan in various areas. Bastian Krauss, current executive director, will become executive vice president and executive director of the group on April 1. He will continue to lead the group-wide manufacturing and business units, as well as the further integration and development of the powder coatings business.
Yoshihiro Tanaka from Japan will join the Group Management Board as Executive Director from April, after relocating to Austria. He is looking forward to getting to know the Group companies personally. Mitsuru Masunaga, seconded from Mitsui & Co, Ltd, will remain in his position as Executive Vice President and Executive Director of the Group, focusing on corporate functions including compliance and M&A. The new Group Management Board continues to expand the "Good to Great" strategy, building on Kansai Helios' previous track record of success.
