Change in Leadership at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies

With Dr. Rozmán, an internationally experienced manager who knows the Freudenberg Group from various perspectives is taking the helm at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies. He succeeds Dr. Matthias Sckuhr, who is moving to the Freudenberg Group’s Management Board, where he will be responsible for the newly created Engineering, Data, and Artificial Intelligence division. Most recently, Dr. Rozmán served as CEO of Freudenberg Filtration Technologies, where he was responsible for strategic development and, in particular, played a key role in driving the company’s transformation and international expansion. Prior to that, he was a member of the Management Board of Freudenberg Performance Materials, where his responsibilities included strategy, strategic marketing, and integration processes. He also headed global sales at the Freudenberg Vibracoustic business group.

Rozmán is also very familiar with Freudenberg Sealing Technologies: From 2015 to 2020, he headed the Industrial Services business unit and thus has in-depth knowledge of the business and its markets. “Freudenberg combines technological excellence with a clear customer focus.
