Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions takes over Nilfisk

With the completion of the public takeover offer, Nilfisk has been part of Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions since April 15, 2026. The new affiliation opens up additional perspectives for accelerated global growth and strategic development of the cleaning equipment manufacturer's strong market position. Nilfisk combines its proven strengths with Freudenberg's size, industrial scale and long-term ownership strategy. "This is a significant milestone for Nilfisk. The combined portfolio combines powerful cleaning machines with a high level of expertise in manual cleaning solutions.

Acquisition of Nilfisk strengthens Freudenberg's position

Upon settlement of the takeover offer on April 15, 2026, the cash price will be paid to all Nilfisk shareholders who have accepted the offer. Nilfisk will continue as an independent brand under private ownership within Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions and will be systematically expanded.
