BIA Group presents itself as an attractive employer

The BIA Group has sharpened its profile as a major employer with diverse career opportunities. Together with the agency yeaHR from Düsseldorf, various topics such as culture, leadership and diversity were illuminated, intensively involving the workforce through surveys, interviews and workshops.
"It is important to us to communicate authentically and appropriately and to develop the employer brand from the inside out," emphasizes Marketing Manager Vincent Domscheit at the presentation of the BIA Group's new campaign to attract new employees. With the designed employer brand under the title "Career at the BIA Group: An employer to touch", the new BIA career portal is launched at the same time. "The new acquisition of qualified and motivated colleagues is existential for us in today's shortage of skilled workers. We have to present the BIA Group as an attractive employer to the outside world, and to do this we show what makes working for us so special and where we differ from the competition," emphasizes Managing Director Jörg Püttbach. "This is intended to strengthen us as a company, and at the same time we also want to use it to reach and motivate the people in the company in our internal communications," adds Domscheit.
The core messages focus on the fact that employees are part of a strong team, produce tangible products together and can expect special benefits at BIA in return. The global team of 1,400 colleagues is proud of the high-quality products for well-known automotive customers, which are delivered all over the world from plants in Germany, Slovakia, China and Mexico. According to the company, with the graphic preparation of various basic motifs, the agency has succeeded in skilfully setting the scene for the components produced by BIA with figures from the miniature world. For example, the ascending line of a chrome-plated interior door lever, on which the miniature figures climb as if on a "career ladder," is combined with the slogan "Our parts open doors. And we career opportunities" to form a combination of product and brand message. The BIA Group is thus positioning itself as an employer you can touch and will actively use the new employer branding motifs and content not only on the careers website, but also in job advertisements and in all recruiting and communications.
