BIA Slovakia becomes a wholly owned part of the BIA Group
Effective January 1, 2023, the Germany-based BIA Group will acquire all shares in the Slovakian company BIA Plastic and Plating s. r.o. from its previous partner PVL Groupe Plastivaloire.
The BIA managing director and owner Jörg Püttbach thanks PVL for the many years of trustful cooperation. Both sides want to continue to cooperate closely as business partners. After the closure of the Forst site, BIA is now fully concentrating on the two sites in Solingen and Nitra in Europe. "BIA can now offer its quality products to its customers worldwide under sole responsibility". Püttbach is pleased.
BIA offers high-quality surface components on request with integrated functions, such as touch, lighting and much more - and soon also completely from chrome VI-free production. Added to this is the end-of-life take-back promise: BIA can recycle chrome-plated plastic parts 100 percent.
