Axalta acquires and integrates three refinish paint dealers
Axalta acquires three European distributors to become part of the Axalta Axcess network. Axalta Axcess is the direct sales and distribution solution for Axalta's refinish business for European customers.
The acquisitions of the specialist dealers were completed at the end of 2024 and include two Italian specialist dealers - Colorificio Brianza Car and Brianza Car 3, both based in Lombardy - and a French specialist dealer - CPS Carrosserie Peinture Système, near Bordeaux. These three new locations complement the more than 40 existing sales outlets in ten European countries. Axalta Axcess customers will be able to order and receive a wide range of professional refinishing products, including Axalta's leading high-performance refinishing systems, consumables and accessories.
