Atorn solid carbide high feed deburrer 90° - for precise deburring and chamfering

The Atorn solid carbide high feed deburrer 90° from Hahn + Kolb is designed for use with high feed rates and has been specially developed for efficient deburring and the application of 45° chamfers.
The solid carbide tool Atorn solid carbide high feed deburrer 90° impresses with its high machining efficiency and is ideal for applications up to 55 HRC and for universal use in series production. The specially adapted cutting geometry with defined cutting edge rounding enables high cutting speeds with smooth running. Depending on the version, the tool has 10 to 14 teeth and thus ensures even, burr-free edges even with complex contours.
Deburrer for a wide range of applications
The Atorn solid carbide high feed deburrer 90° is available in five diameters - 6, 8, 10, 12 and 16 mm. It therefore covers a wide range of applications, from fine precision work to more robust deburring processes. Universally applicable and durable, the Ultra H coating offers high wear resistance and enables use up to a hardness of 55 HRC. The deburrer is also suitable for various materials such as steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
