43rd Workshop of the Atmospheric Pressure Plasma User Group
The User Group Atmospheric Pressure Plasma (ak-adp) invites you to its 43rd workshop under the motto "Industry Dialog for Sustainability - Plasma Technology in Best Practice Examples" in Leipzig on April 26 and 27, 2022.
The 43rd ak-adp workshop will focus on the following questions: What opportunities do physical plasmas offer for establishing environmentally compatible production methods? - What new surface functionalities can be realized? - What contribution do physical plasmas make to the effective use of resources? - Which main fields of application does the industry see? In addition to presentations on current trends for the industrial use of atmospheric plasmas, the focus will be on the #ZukunftADP competition organized by ak-adp for the first time in 2021. This will be continued in 2023 in search of the future topics of plasma research and industrial use. In their combination, workshop and competition offer a perfect basis for scientific creativity with an industrial background.
The workshop will take place on April 26 and 27, 2022, at the Grassi Museum in Leipzig, and presentation submissions are welcome. The organizational highlight of the workshop on April 27 will be the evaluation of the currently running new competition #ZukunftADP as well as a review of the 2021 competition submissions and their implementation. Special offerings of the workshop include a lecture on the security of digital data and a special guided tour through parts of the Grassimuseum with a focus on surface restoration. Representatives from industry, research and plant engineering are cordially invited to discuss current topics in the field of atmospheric pressure plasma technology.
