The new oil-free screw compressors from Kaeser's CSG series take production processes to the next level in terms of energy efficiency. Synchronous reluctance motors with efficiency class IE5 and Kaeser's newly developed compressor block with Sigma profile make the systems particularly energy-efficient. The water-cooled version with the efficient i.HOC rotary dryer and integrated heat recovery utilizes the compressor heat twice, making it particularly economical and sustainable. The i.Comp 8/9 from Kaeser impresses with its innovative drive concept. The rotationally sintered PE hood conceals an oil-free piston compressor with a speed-controlled motor that always delivers exactly the amount of compressed air that is actually needed.
