Kaeser compressors with heat recovery

Energy and costs can be saved through efficient compressed air generation. Heat recovery (HR) is a real game changer here. Kaeser will be presenting corresponding compressor solutions at Hannover Messe 2025.
Kaeser regards compressed air stations as complex systems in which, in addition to the compressor, compressed air treatment, waste heat recovery and efficiency monitoring using innovative measurement technology also play a decisive role. The use of waste heat from screw compressors, booster compressors and blowers still offers great energy-saving potential that is often underestimated. Kaeser's innovative heat recovery systems combine energy efficiency and sustainability: the recovered heat can be used in a variety of ways - whether for heating rooms, hot water or supporting industrial processes. Kaeser systems are designed to meet specific needs, so that operators can choose between different temperature levels and water volumes that best suit their requirements. Whether for new systems ex works or as a retrofit for existing systems - Kaeser solutions offer maximum flexibility.
Compressed air systems from Kaeser with heat recovery at the Hanover Trade Fair
At the Hannover Messe (HMI), Kaeser is presenting an interactive system that illustrates the possibilities of heat recovery. A model consisting of a compressor and a customer system will be used to demonstrate the potential for heat recovery. To ensure that the station is controlled as efficiently, sustainably and economically as possible, modern systems are equipped with the latest generation of innovative measurement technology, which records the current data and optimally controls the station based on the values obtained. Another highlight is a hybrid model consisting of a miniature compressor station in combination with 3D animated compressed air applications. This hybrid model demonstrates the versatility and efficiency of Kaeser solutions for a wide range of compressed air and blower applications. Kaeser takes a holistic approach that includes not only the efficiency of compressed air generation, but also the utilization of waste heat and the monitoring of compressed air stations. This contributes to a sustainable and resource-saving compressed air supply. Kaeser's solutions can be seen at Hannover Messe 2025 in Hall 12, Stand B14.
