After a corona-induced interruption, Dürr will again present innovative software solutions for the paint shop of the future live for the first time at Hannover Messe 2022.

At its booth at the Hannover Messe (Hall 4, Booth No. D54), machinery and plant manufacturer Dürr will be demonstrating how its intelligent software products can be used to improve defect detection, flexibility and transparency along the entire value chain, based on specific use cases from various industries. The growing variety of products and increasing individualization are pushing conventional line management in painting to its limits. That's why the paint shop of the future needs flexible and scalable manufacturing layouts. The "Flexible Manufacturing" use case demonstrates the possibilities of flexible production, based on Dürr's box concept and integrating automated guided vehicles (AGVs). Dürr's control software guides the AGVs to the next process step in each case and ensures efficient utilization of all painting boxes.

The second use case, "Holistic Production Control", aims to optimize all manufacturing processes. Dürr's DXQenergy.management will also be presented for the first time in this context. The new product from the DXQ family offers the possibility of centralized monitoring of energy consumption in a production plant right through to detailed analysis of individual consumption. The intelligent energy monitoring solution can also be used to display energy flows in production and energy costs converted accordingly. "From prevention to prediction" is the motto of the third use case. It shows the comprehensive logging of all available process data in interaction with products from the DXQanalyze product family. With the help of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, the products analyze collected data and thereby detect potential errors or quality problems in real time. As a result, machine downtimes can be prevented and the most optimal maintenance times can be determined.
