EnviroChemie takes over DLK Technologies
The Swiss company EnviroChemie AG acquired DLK Technologies SA from Le Locle in western Switzerland on December 12, 2023. DLK Technologies has been offering solutions for the treatment and recycling of industrial wastewater and recyclable materials for more than 30 years.
EnviroChemie AG from Eschenbach is joining forces with DLK Technologies SA, thereby expanding both its market presence and its product portfolio. The compact biological plants from DLK Technologies complement EnviroChemie's product portfolio in the field of compact, standardized wastewater treatment plants. Marc Vuilliomenet remains Managing Director of DLK Technologies. "EnviroChemie has already been active in western Switzerland for many years. With the acquisition of DLK Technologies, we want to emphasize the importance of the French-speaking Swiss market and further expand our proximity to customers," explains Nico Siegenthaler, Managing Director of EnviroChemie AG
