EnviroChemie takes over ProWaTech and Hauser + Walz
On April 1, 2023, EnviroChemie AG acquired 100 percent of the shares in ProWaTech AG and Hauser + Walz GmbH Beratende Ingenieure GmbH. The new members will continue to operate as independent companies.
ProWaTech AG was founded in 2004. The company specializes in process water, recycling and wastewater technology for the electroplating, medical, watch and electronics industries. ProWaTech AG's range of products and services includes expert advice and the supply of plants for process water treatment and wastewater treatment. In addition, the company offers ion exchanger recirculation systems as well as recyclable material recovery systems. With these products and services, ProWaTech AG contributes to the sustainable use of resources and the protection of the environment. The associated subsidiary Hauser + Walzer - Beratende Ingenieure GmbH complements the portfolio with the business areas of expert opinions and chemical products.

(TU) Rainer Walz and Diplom Ing. (FH) Herbert Hauser have decided to transfer their shares in ProWaTech AG and Hauser + Walz GmbH to EnviroChemie AG in Eschenbach SG. This ensures that the more than 35 years of experience of each of the company founders can be seamlessly transferred to their successors in the coming years. The management remains unchanged, all contracts and obligations of ProWaTech AG as well as Hauser + Walz GmbH remain in place.
