ZVO Trainee Challenge 2024 winners have been announced
The winners of the #AzubiChallenge 2024 of the Zentralverband Oberflächentechnik e.V. (ZVO) have been announced: The first three places were awarded to trainees from the companies Zinq, MacDermid Enthone and Diehl Metall.
First place in the ZVO's #AzubiChallenge24 goes to trainees Nico and Alper from Zinq with prize money of 1,500 euros. Second place and thus 1,000 euros goes to Gina, an apprentice at MacDermid Enthone. Finally, third place went to Horatio and Kubilay from Diehl Metall, who won 500 euros.
With the aim of raising awareness of industrial apprenticeships in electroplating and surface technology, the ZVO entered the second round of its video competition for apprentices in the fall of 2024 under the auspices of ZVO 2.0 Nachwuchsunternehmer (ZVO 2.0 young entrepreneurs) (as reported by Oberfläche-Online). The entries received were posted as reels on the ZVO Instagram channel. The winners were determined by the number of (organic) likes in the feed on the cut-off date.
