ZVO Surface Days 2022 again as a pure attendance event

After the corona-related cancellation in 2020 and the Hybrid Edition in 2021, the annual congress of the Zentralverband Oberflächentechnik e.V. (ZVO) will once again be held as a pure attendance event in Leipzig from September 14 to 16, 2022.
After the premiere event in 2018, the experts in electroplating and surface technology will meet again this year in Leipzig for the ZVO Surface Days. The official opening ceremony will take place on the evening of September 14 in the Congress Hall at the Zoo, followed by the lecture program on September 15 and 16 in the Congress Center Leipzig at the exhibition grounds. The lecture program of the ZVO Surface Days 2022 consists of a total of 89 contributions. The focus will be on key topics such as climate neutrality, energy and resource efficiency, the importance of electroplating for sustainable energy generation and storage, chromium(VI) or cathodic corrosion protection.
The program will be rounded off by presentations from recurring areas, including wear protection, advances in plant and control technology, new demands on electroplating and surface technology, and complementary technologies to electroplating and surface technology. For the first time, the congress opening on Wednesday evening will be held without a change of room or location and in banquet seating, and will flow seamlessly into the welcome evening. This year, there will be no congress opening on the morning of the first day of the congress and instead the program will start immediately. More than 60 exhibitors will be present at the accompanying industrial exhibition. Individual and group bookings for the ZVO Surface Days 2022 are possible exclusively via the online registration portal. early booking conditions apply up to and including May 31, 2022.
