Trowal at Mach 2024: Gentle surface finishing with mass finishing technology

At Mach 2024, Walther Trowal will be showcasing its mass finishing machines for the surface treatment of high-quality metal workpieces along the entire mass finishing process chain. The company will also be presenting a centrifuge for the environmentally friendly treatment of process water.
For small parts, Walther Trowal is presenting a TT series centrifugal machine at the Mach 2024 trade fair (April 15 to 19, 2024 in Birmingham). In this two-batch machine, one batch is processed, for example rounded, smoothed or polished. At the same time, another batch is separated: The workpieces are separated from the abrasive media. In this way, non-productive times are minimized and the system achieves a very high throughput with a small footprint. The CB rotary vibrators also on show at the trade fair are particularly suitable for integration into interlinked production processes: The optionally available lateral feed hopper and the uncovering of the ramp before emptying facilitate integration into automatic production processes.
Walther Trowal is also presenting the G 100 dryer, which additionally polishes the workpieces slightly. It can be easily combined with upstream mass finishing machines in both batch and throughfeed operation. Walther Trowal realizes complete system solutions for the processing of surfaces that integrate seamlessly into customers' interlinked production processes. At Mach 2024 (hall 6, stand no. 432), the company will therefore also be exhibiting a centrifuge for the treatment of process water, which recycles the process water produced during mass finishing and returns it to a closed circuit.
