At DeburringExpo 2023, Walther Trowal will present its full range of vibratory finishing machines for deburring high-quality metal workpieces, including circular vibrators, centrifugal and throughfeed systems.
Walther Trowal's spectrum at DeburringExpo 2023 ranges from stand-alone rotary vibrators to systems that are fully integrated into continuous manufacturing processes, including the periphery for feeding and discharging the parts. The grinding wheels, specially developed for deburring, remove burrs without removing too much material from the surface of the workpieces.
Particularly in the case of complexly shaped components, the grinding wheels reach areas that are hardly accessible during manual deburring. Typical applications include the deburring of turbine blades for the aerospace industry, stamped parts for the automotive industry or implants in medical technology.
