New 1K clear coat without hardener from Adler for wooden furniture

The new Aduro Select clear varnish for wood furniture from Adler can be applied as a single component and requires no hardener at all. It can be used to coat durable wood surfaces quickly and easily without the use of a hardener.
The new coating 1K Clear Lacquer Aduro Select was specially devised in the Adler laboratory to make it as easy as possible for wood processors to produce durable surfaces: The 1K solvent-based clear coat is characterized by its uncomplicated handling and diverse application possibilities. It can be used to protect and finish a wide variety of furniture surfaces - without the need for time-consuming mixing with a hardener. Aduro Select nevertheless achieves very good mechanical and chemical resistance (resistance 1-B). In addition, it impresses with its high filling power and good firing properties. High-quality light stabilizers protect the wood from yellowing, but the varnish has only a very slight inherent color.
In processing, the aromatics-free Aduro Select scores with a mild odor. It is sweat- and saliva-proof and thus also suitable for the production of children's toys. Mario Bortolotti, head of the furniture coatings development group at Adler, is convinced that the product is a real jack-of-all-trades that will quickly win over the hearts of all efficiency-minded carpenters and joiners. And if it should be an even more durable, better protected surface? For example, in a kitchen or for a really heavily used piece of furniture such as a dining table? Then the processor can still reach for the hardener, because Aduro Select can also be processed as a two-component system.
