Adler-Lacke celebrates 90 years of Schwaz paint factory
The company celebrated the 90th anniversary of the Adler-Werk paint factory in Schwaz/Tyrol with a company evening. 333 employees and 101 accompanying persons attended the anniversary of Austria's leading paint manufacturer.
The Adler company evening on November 9, 2024 was the undisputed highlight of the Adler year. The paint manufacturer had the stalls and gallery seated for 444 guests - and almost every seat was taken. The mixture of fun entertainment, fine food, good music and a grand entrance for the jubilarians, new team members and neo-retirees was something that hardly any of the employees working at the Adler site in Schwaz in Tyrol missed.
Today, a proud 90 years after it was founded, the Adler plant has around 730 workers and employees across all subsidiaries throughout Europe. 61 new employees joined the company in 2024 and were invited on stage to thunderous applause at the start of the gala evening. In between, 30 dancers, 6 musicians, 1 glass cutter, 1 magician, 2 DJs and, of course, the 3-course menu provided variety. But the spotlight belonged above all to the jubilarians: Kurt Renn accompanied the company for exactly half of the Adler era. Lisa Häusler, Andi Oberkofler and Barbara Hochmuth have been contributing to Adler's success for 40 years. And 7 employees have been with the company for 35 years. In addition, there are 8 x 25 years and 23 "10-year-olds". They were all celebrated extensively.
