Adler's new NXT technology was the big talking point at the Sicam trade fair in Italy. It can be used to achieve particularly matt and resistant surfaces - without the need for complex industrial systems.

The Sicam trade fair in Pordenone was a complete success for Austria's leading paint manufacturer Adler and the Adler Italia team: the unique NXT technology, which was presented to the public for the first time at the stand, proved to be a real visitor magnet: "The whole trade fair was talking about us," says Adler Italia Managing Director Dr. Alessandro Marchi happily. A correspondingly large number of customers and interested parties came to the tried-and-tested Adler stand with the green plant wall and inspected numerous different areas. At the suggestion of Giulio Zanin and Mauro Toscano, Adler Italia Key Account Manager and technician for the furniture industry, these were presented this year in a new exhibition design, namely as hand samples on a table. This made it easier to show, touch and examine them in detail - making it even clearer what NXT is: Nothing less than the next step into the future of surface technology!

No excimer technology

Thanks to an innovative combination of raw materials, Adler NXT coatings can achieve the look, feel and scratch resistance of industrial excimer technology - but without the need for an excimer system. "These advanced coatings are very easy to process and are therefore a cost-effective and uncomplicated solution for high-quality aesthetics and hard-wearing surfaces," emphasizes Daniel Pesserer, Adler Sales Manager for the furniture industry. The innovation not only impressed the Italian visitors, but also guests from all over the world - the trade fair audience is becoming increasingly international. "Our colleagues made numerous valuable contacts, which are now being carefully followed up - a very satisfactory result," says Dr. Alessandro Marchi, referring to Adler's best appearance at Sicam to date.
