ZVO Surface Days 2024: Program published

The program for this year's ZVO Surface Technology Days from 11 to 13 September 2024 in Leipzig is online on the congress website. At the same time, the online registration portal has opened - those who book by May 31, 2024 will receive special conditions.
The congress program of the ZVO Surface Technology Days 2024 of the Zentralverband Oberflächentechnik e.V. (ZVO) consists of a keynote speech and a total of 98 lectures. There will also be a consultation hour on regulatory developments in European and national environmental and chemicals policy. The ZVO women's network Female (Sur)Faces will also be presenting itself for the first time. As usual, the congress will be accompanied by an extensive industry exhibition, which will be open to visitors during the breaks. National and international exhibitors from the electroplating and surface treatment industry as well as from science and services will offer an exclusive showcase. The exhibition is almost fully booked, with only three stand spaces still available.
The congress will open on September 11, 2024, 18:00, in the Great Hall of the Congress Hall at the Zoo, Pfaffendorfer Str. 31, 04105 Leipzig (city center). The congress event itself, including the industry exhibition, will once again take place on September 12 and 13, 2024 at the Congress Center Leipzig at the exhibition grounds, Seehausener Allee 1, 04356 Leipzig. In addition to the regularly recurring lecture sections, this year's focus will be on the Entrepreneur Forum: Management meets surface, hydrogen & surface technology, digitalization in surface technology, trends and developments in plastic metallization, technologies/processes for optimized sustainability performance: energy, carbon footprint and material efficiency, plasma technologies and much more. The congress program is rounded off by presentations from the recurring areas of results from research: cathodic corrosion protection; young colleagues report; functional coatings; new requirements for electroplating and surface technology and from process monitoring to product quality.
