ZVO Surface Days 2024: Submit presentations now

For the first time, presentation proposals for the ZVO Surface Technology Days 2024 will be included in the program for the specialist forum at SurfaceTechnology Germany from 4 to 6 June 2024 in Stuttgart. This option can be excluded in the online submission process. A presentation proposal opens up the opportunity to present and discuss complex topics in the field of new process technologies, new plant and equipment variants or increasingly important areas such as CO2 footprint, saving energy and resources or the effects of legal framework conditions (keyword REACH, EEG, Supply Chain Act). The main topics in 2024 include hydrogen & surface technology, trends and developments in precious metal surfaces, trends and developments in plastic metallization, future topics in surface technology, technologies/processes for optimized sustainability performance, lightweight construction and surface technology, new surface processes in electroplating and surface technology, physical surface treatment processes - thermal spraying, PVD/CVD and related technologies, application and use of treated surfaces or digitalization in surface technology.

A presentation is scheduled for 30 minutes including five to ten minutes for discussion (ZVO Surface Days) or 18 to 20 minutes including three minutes for discussion (SurfaceTechnology Germany specialist forum). The lecture programs should consist of practical or scientific presentations. Product, sales, advertising and image presentations will therefore not be accepted. In February 2024, the experts will review and evaluate all presentation proposals. The lecture programs will then be compiled by mid/end of March 2024. All submitters will be informed by e-mail about the acceptance or rejection of the lecture proposal as soon as the lecture programs have been structured. The program of the SurfaceTechnology Germany specialist forum will be structured by the trade fair organizer.
