LPW Reinigungssysteme makes it into the TOP 100
Honor at the German SME Summit: Ranga Yogeshwar honors LPW Reinigungssysteme GmbH from Riederich on the occasion of its success in the TOP 100 innovation competition.
In the scientific selection process of the TOP 100 innovation competition, LPW Reinigungssysteme was particularly convincing in the "Innovation Success" category in size class B (51 to 200 employees). Science journalist Ranga Yogeshwar presented the award at the Summit ceremony on June 24 in Frankfurt am Main. The manufacture of microchips and flat screens, implants, active pharmaceutical ingredients or micro- and nanoproducts requires a highly clean production environment. The cleanliness requirements of complex components pose major challenges for many companies. LPW is one of the leading suppliers of high-quality equipment and process technologies in industrial component cleaning with aqueous media.
LPW's latest innovations include "PowerJet Ultra". The system features the ultrasonic and cyclic nucleation cleaning processes as well as the necessary drying for higher requirement levels. It is used in medical technology, among other applications. "Even the smallest particles on surfaces can quickly lead to disaster. Even unwanted residues on 3D-printed medical implants can have significant consequences in the human body," explains Managing Director Gerhard Koblenzer.
