J. Wagner GmbH will present innovative wet paint solutions for craft businesses, furniture and flooring manufacturers, paint producers and other companies in the woodworking industry at Ligna 2023, the leading trade fair for the woodworking and wood processing industry, from May 15 - 19, 2023.

At the J. Wagner GmbH booth in Hall 17, Booth B47, visitors to Ligna can experience manual Airspray and AirCoat guns, such as the GM 1030, which produces an extremely precise spray pattern with little overspray - depending on the version with paint connection or flow cup for small-area applications. The guns are also available as part of predefined spray packs: an ideal combination together with the right conveyor technology. The Cobra 40-10, for example, is unique on the market as a high-pressure double diaphragm pump: it is very powerful and, thanks to its particularly small internal volume, requires significantly less solvent during rinsing than comparable piston pumps. The 2K Smart will be exhibited as a mixing and metering system.

On the other hand, solutions for highly efficient, automated coating processes will also be presented. For exemplary practical demonstration, various automatic guns will be mounted alternately on a Cobot, a collaborative robot that is also suitable for users without many years of robot experience. With their mounting options, the GA 1030 and GA 4000AC automatic guns offer a high degree of flexibility. In addition, Wagner will also be showing products from the bonding and marking sector of its subsidiary Walther Spritz- & Lackiersysteme GmbH: among others, airspray guns for adhesive application, such as the Pilot GM 1030P ADH, or the automatic Pilot GA 9010 Marking for sharp-edged dot and line marking.
