Ecoclean opens new High-Purity Test Center in Dettingen/Teck, Germany

It is no secret that the requirements for component cleanliness are becoming increasingly demanding. This is particularly true for high-tech components in certain industries, where production takes place under ultra-clean conditions. In order to be optimally positioned for this growth market, Ecoclean opened its new High-Purity Test Center at the Dettingen/Teck site on November 29, 2022, in a ceremony attended by over 100 guests. Here, the company's customers can carry out cleaning tests for high-tech components with extremely high purity requirements, such as manufacturers of production equipment for the semiconductor industry, precision optics or laser, measurement, analysis and high-vacuum technology. Ecoclean has invested around four million euros in the new test center for this purpose.

At the opening event, Ralf Dienel, Managing Director at Ecoclean GmbH, Rainer Straub, Vice President Sales & Customer Service, and Volker Lehmann, Director Precision Cleaning, once again impressively demonstrated the complexity and special challenges in the high-purity sector to the numerous invited guests. In order to meet these challenges, Ecoclean not only works closely with customers and system suppliers, but also with other companies in the cleaning technology sector and is involved in the Industrial Parts Cleaning Association (FiT). In various presentations, Ecoclean employees and partners showed how they approach and solve the numerous challenges in the high-purity segment. Also impressive was the insight into the new clean room area of the Ecoclean site, where high-tech components are cleaned and tested with an extremely high effort - and where the cleaning and plant technology itself is absolute top technology.
