Ecoclean at Parts2clean: Component cleaning for highest requirements

Almost all industrial sectors are confronted with higher particulate and filmic cleanliness specifications. Accordingly, in addition to cleaning equipment and systems for classic applications, the focus of Ecoclean's appearance at Parts2clean 2022 will be on, among other things, optimally adapted solutions for high-purity applications and turnkey solutions for cleaning.
When cleaning production equipment for the semiconductor industry, such as components for DUV and EUV technology, vacuum technology components for use in the UHV, XHV and UCV range, modules for high-power laser systems, high-tech measuring and analysis equipment, as well as precision optics and medical technology products, extremely high requirements must be met in terms of particulate and film chemical cleanliness. Although the required specifications vary depending on the component and area of application, they cannot usually be achieved with conventional cleaning systems. A permanently stable quality in production cannot be guaranteed in this way. At this year's Parts2clean (Hall 4, Stand C26), Ecoclean will be presenting suitably adapted system concepts for batch and individual parts cleaning with aqueous media and environmentally compatible solvents, as well as coordinated high-purity equipment packages. The latter will be presented using the EcoCcompact solvent system as an example.
In order to meet the high requirements, the equipment details of these packages include plant technology, media guidance and preparation specially adapted for high-end cleaning applications. Supplemented by special process options such as Ultrasonic Plus or Pulsed Pressure Cleaning (PPC), plasma cleaning, the cleaning systems from Ecoclean designed for ultra-fine cleaning enable high cleanliness specifications to be met in a reproducible manner. With special process engineering details developed for high-purity applications, the multi-bath ultrasonic cleaning systems from UCM AG, the division of the SBS Ecoclean Group specializing in precision and ultra-fine cleaning, can also score points. Another topic that will be in focus at Ecoclean's booth is forward-looking service solutions. Experienced customer service staff will be on hand at the "Customer Service Station" to provide information about the innovative service app as well as topics such as predictive maintenance, customized service concepts, process analyses and employee training as well as plant modernization and ways to make cleaning processes more energy-efficient.
