The Cleaning Excellence Center (CEC) has launched a new market survey on technical cleanliness in the industry. The aim is to gain a realistic picture of the current market situation in an economic environment characterized by uncertainty.

German industry continues to face considerable challenges: A third consecutive year of recession appears possible, almost half of companies are reporting a lack of orders, and structural burdens such as bureaucracy, energy prices and high labor costs are making it difficult to remain competitive. According to a survey by the Stuttgart Chamber of Industry and Commerce, 76% of companies see stagnating domestic sales as a key risk, while 42% are planning to cut jobs, according to tagesschau.de.

Against this backdrop, the CEC survey is aimed at companies from the industrial sector with questions on market assessments, willingness to invest, identified risks and possible future areas. The results are intended to serve decision-makers as a basis for well-founded measures and strategies. Participation in the survey is possible online. Participants will then receive a prepared evaluation of the study. The initiators are calling for the survey to be passed on within the participants' own networks in order to gather as broad an opinion as possible.
