Winner of the CEC Training Award 2024 announced
The jury for the Cleaning Excellence Center (CEC) training award has announced this year's winner. The two companies Caramba Chemie GmbH & Co. KG and KEK GmbH took first place and were chosen as the winners of the CEC Training Award 2024.
The CEC Training Award recognizes companies related to technical cleanliness that stand out through innovative training programs, new teaching methods and additional support for young talent. The award is a recognition for companies related to technical cleanliness that make a sustainable contribution to the development of skilled workers in Germany with their training programs. This year's two winning companies impressed the jury in particular with their multi-layered promotion of both the technical and personal skills of the trainees, the integration of additional programs such as mentoring and tutoring opportunities by colleagues from their own company as well as other leisure and activity offers outside the training process to increase company loyalty. The decision was made after intensive discussions and careful consideration of the wide range of applications.
The commitment of the Fraunhofer FEP also received special mention among the applicants. By qualifying employees who have already proven themselves in the professional fields of technical cleanliness, a high-quality further training program is created. The award ceremony will take place on November 12-13, 2024 as part of the SVV's Filmic Contamination Conference in Bad Gögging. Here, representatives of the winning companies will receive the award and have the opportunity to share their successful strategies with other industry representatives. The next application phase for the CEC Training Award starts on 02.12.2024.
